An Invitation!

This morning I had  a wonderful “back-porch breakfast” with fellow-staff-wife and new friend, Lynn.   I really enjoyed getting to know Lynn better and she now holds the honor of the FIRST person to invite me to her home!  So many nice people in Memphis!!

FAMILY!!! and Successful Trebuchets

We awoke early and went to meet the Amtrak Train arriving from Chicago!!! Hurray!!! JACKIE IS HERE!!!!!!  Our family is complete!And, Daniel and Daniel (Daniel SQUARED??) had some successful Trebuchet construction this afternoon.  Our backyard is now FULL of pencils.  Good thing the boys took off the metal eraser-holders so they are bio-degradable. . .

Shelby Farms, The Flying Fish, and Beale Street

After church, we drove out to Shelby Farms for a picnic.
